I’m not sure what the 5 steps are to having a successful office environment or work atmosphere – but I can give you one.
You should be laughing a lot. At work…we laugh. Probably too much. Sometimes at ourselves, each other and then occasionally we’ll laugh at something that’s completely ridiculous and we feel horrible afterward. But we’re always having fun.
We try hard to make sure we’re getting our work done while everything else is spinning around us. But we still have time to make ridiculous directors cuts of videos that will never make it to air. We still pull pranks on each other. Toss around the football. Hurl Nerf basketballs at each other’s heads. Rearrange the organizational chart so that we’re in charge of everything and everyone. Scare each other and film it to show everyone how you make weird noises when you’re terrified.
Work is going to happen no matter what. Fun takes planning.
